In August of 2018, two roads intersected – Bethel and Ricky Garner. Ricky Garner has been a pastor and church planter in the DFW area before coming to Tyler. He has been on the pastoral staff of a local church and over the course of the last year, has felt an irresistible call to step out in faith and plant a multicultural church in Tyler. Ricky is honored to serve as the Campus Pastor at the Hope Campus.
