Childcare Scholarship Application
At this time Bethel is able to offer a 50% scholarship for those who need it. Simply complete this form and you will receive further instructions. Completing this form does not register your child for childcare. Once you have submitted this form you will receive an email with further instructions on how to register your child(ren).
