Fall festival: Save the Date!
On November 15, all of Downtown Bethel is invited to gather at the Allgaiers’ house for some outdoor food, fun, and community! We’ll have some fun activities for children and families! Address and additional details to come. Contact michelle.allgaier@gmail.com if you’re interested in helping out.
Sunday Morning Bible Study
Join us each Sunday at 9 AM, for a new Bible Study. All are welcome! We will meet in the Meeting Room for Suffering is Never for Nothing. No registration required! Childcare is available for Elementary age. Questions? Email Mike Hall at mike@bethelbible.com.
Paid Childcare Worker Needed
If you are over the age of 15 and like getting paid to hang out with kids, then we have the job for you! We are in need of 1 paid childcare worker on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-9:00 PM. Must be able to pass a background check. Pay is dependent on age and CPR certification. Email ashley@bethelbible.com if interested.
Downtown Small Groups & Life Groups
Alderson Men’s Group – This group meets on Monday evenings on the 2nd floor from 6-8 PM. All men are welcome. No childcare is provided. Questions? Email Mark Alderson at m1alderson@yahoo.com.
Connell Life Group – This group meets on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month on the 2nd floor from 3-7 PM. It’s a great group for couples and young families. Childcare is provided for $7/child/week. Questions? Email Dash Connell at jcon@tjc.edu.

We are excited about this year’s Advent Devotional: Emmanuel: Hope of All the Earth. This study is designed for individual study or group study (bible study, life groups, etc). We have also included a Family Connection section for kids and families to discuss together each week! We pray this weekly devotional helps set your mind on the hope we have in Christ this Advent Season.

WAYS YOU CAN PRAY
- Covid has shut down the training to individual pastors. Pray for these pastors as they face major challenges during these challenging times.
- The focus right now is training Latino ministry leaders to be prepared to start the trainings again when Covid restrictions permit. Pray these leaders will catch the vision and be prepared to jump in when the time permits.
- Pray for the local churches and their pastors in Latin America who are facing significantly greater challenges than we’ve experienced with significantly fewer resources.
- Pray for the pandemic to end so that their ministry can continue!
