SOUTH CAMPUS ELDER CANDIDATES

Don Gaynier

My wife Tracey and I have been connected with Bethel since 1986. We have been married a short 34 years and are blessed with three adult children, and one grandson. We both grew up in the Dallas area. I have been in the grocery industry for over 33 years. We love sharing our faith in word and deed. It is a privilege to be in a community of believers who love the Lord and each other. I greatly enjoy pouring into lives and watching them grow in their relationship with God through His word.

Winfred Hodges

winfred hodges - southI married my college sweetheart Carole in 1982, and she serves as Bethel’s Women’s Ministry Coordinator. We have two precious granddaughters who live only seven miles away from our home in Bullard. I am a 5th Generation from Palestine, Texas. We have attended Bethel Bible Church for 10 years. I am the CEO of Hodges Benefits, LLC in Tyler. I enjoy upland game hunting and clay target shooting with my son, Taylor. I am enthusiastic and passionate about meeting new people and connecting them to the body of Christ. I enjoy serving alongside strong Bethel leaders who are sold out for Christ.

Craig Langemeier

My wife Carrie and I have five children, Austin, Hayden, Avery, Noah and Beck. We came to Tyler in 1995 to join in the ministry of Pine Cove camps. During that time I have been the Ranch camp director (middle school) and the Woods camp director (family camp) and currently serve as the Chief Ministry Officer. We have been a part of the Bethel community since 2006. We have been serving in vocational ministry for our entire marriage and are passionate about communicating the life transformation that happens through our relationship with Christ.

Lee Ridenour

Donna, truly my better half, and I moved to Tyler as a young doctor and wife with a one-year-old, Jonathan, (now a psychologist who 35 years later, also attends Bethel with his wife Grace and 3 kids). We moved into a house, the very one we live in now, and we were involved in starting Bethel in 1982. I still work as an internist (a doctor for adults) at Trinity Mother Francis and have the privilege of still taking care of some of the same patients for over 30 years.

I love the Lord, and I love being a disciple of Jesus and a discipler of men. I love being a doctor, a husband to probably the best wife in the world for 40 years, a father of 4, and a Pawpaw to 9 grandkids (I also love being a certified expert on Disney princesses). I love missions and have had the privilege of traveling all over the world, as God calls the world to His son! I love Bethel, a part of His church in this world. What a joy it has been to see all the changes that God has done in this church. God is amazing, Jesus is indescribable and the Holy Spirit is truly the lover of my soul!

I have been an Administrator and Professor in the College of Business and Technology at University of Texas at Tyler since 1995. Most everyone in our immediate family is active in Bible Study Fellowship. Ann is a very gifted and experienced early childhood specialist. In our spare time we enjoy travelling and got to experience Israel in June 2015. We have been a part of Bethel since 1996. What we love most about Bethel is being a part of helping to implement its God given vision with so many great fellow believers who lead and serve the Lord Jesus Christ here.

Mark Jackson

I have been married to my amazing wife, Kami for 7 years. We have two rambunctious boys Maxx and Titus. I grew up in a small town in East Texas and received my Electrical Engineering degree from Lamar University. I moved to Tyler in 2004 for an engineering position at CB&I. I am currently a Project Manager at KP Engineering, where I get to work with some great people. Kami and I met at Green Acres Baptist Church, in the singles ministry. We have been attending Bethel for 5 years and have loved the Bible focused teaching and all of the great people. It has been amazing to see our Church grow and now have the honor to serve in a greater capacity.

Chris Miller

My wonderful wife Brooke and I have been married for 15 years. We are blessed with two terrific sons, Huck and Jones. Since moving back from Los Angeles to East Texas in 2012, we absolutely fell in love with Bethel Bible and it’s Biblical teachings and sound doctrines. The commitment of the Bethel leadership and staff to study God’s Scriptures and a true sense of community and family is what originally drew us to Bethel. We are blessed to serve at, worship at and call Bethel Bible our home. Please contact me if you need anything or have any questions. We truly hope that Bethel can give you the home and community that it has for the Millers.

Roy Morrison

I’ve been married to Gena for nearly 15 years and we have three girls, Megan, Paige, and Sadie Rose. I arrived in Tyler in 2008 and began working as an Emergency Medicine physician. We enjoy the incredible teaching, the vision of our leaders, and the many opportunities there are to serve here at Bethel.

 Adam Watters

I am a native East Texan and have been serving the Tyler community as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at ETMC since 2008. My wife and I were introduced to Bethel Bible Church through the Grafted Ministry in the fall of 2012. We have been blessed by the way Bethel reaches out to adoption and foster families, the sound Biblical teaching, and the emphasis on discipleship. My wife April, a native Texan, and I have been married for 17 years. Together we have 5 fantastic children, a mix of biological and adopted, and two dogs who keep our lives full of activity, humility and joy. I am looking forward to serving the Bethel family and seeing what the Lord has in store for our family through this season.
